Individual Therapy for Women Living with Chronic Illness, Injury, and Medical Trauma

Services

I provide individual therapy through secure online telehealth sessions for women across Georgia.

My practice is dedicated to supporting women navigating chronic illness, injury, post-stroke changes, and the invisible impact of medical trauma.

Together, we’ll work gently and integratively, drawing on somatic, trauma-informed, and depth-oriented approaches that support real healing—not just surface-level fixes.

Sessions & Options

I offer several session lengths, depending on your needs and the type of work we’re doing together:

  • Standard Session (50 minutes): $200
A traditional therapy session for ongoing support, processing, and integration.

  • Extended Session (75 minutes): $250
Ideal when we are combining approaches such as Havening Techniques® with expressive therapy or when you want more space for deeper work without feeling rushed.

  • EMDR Session (90 minutes): $300
EMDR requires additional time to move through reprocessing safely and effectively. A longer session allows us to complete the work in a contained way without interruption.

Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider and do not file insurance claims or assist with resolving insurance claims. Upon request, I can provide a monthly superbill (an itemized receipt) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Payment is required at the time of each session. I accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.

Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)

Under the federal No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of expected charges for medical services, including mental health care.

  • You will receive a written estimate of your session fees before we begin therapy.

  • This estimate will outline the cost of your standard or extended sessions and how often you may choose to attend.

  • If your actual billed charges are $400 or more above the estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
